I grew up in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. You may have heard of it before. They enriched uranium there for the bombs we dropped on Japan. With that said, there’s definitely something in the water. Tinseltown was a cultural enclave of rednecks with their leased F350s (“Goat Roper Edition with the sixteen fog lamps and running lights that you could see from space), employees of the local Belk leaving work in their Buicks, a decent display of stance cars like third owner Preludes and my buddy’s tricked out Geo Metro, and of course the convertibles we borrowed from our parents to make sure the batteries were well-tended.
