Never one to shy away from a challenge, a bad decision, or a catastrophic project, I like to get in cheap—like really cheap—and see what happens. In my mind it feels like the risk is reduced. Although I’m sure the costs are astronomical (if ever took the time to add up all the receipts). Regardless, I am always peeking at the classifieds to see what interesting little thing might be on the horizon. What forgotten and unloved treasure has fallen into decrepitation and decay? What is out there in the best condition with a dirt cheap, come-and-get-it-off-my-driveway price tag?
